Terms of Service
Effective date: these terms apply from the date you create an account.
Using the service
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter — this product records and reports on what you give it, and doesn't independently verify your business transactions.
- You may invite teammates to your organization and are responsible for the access level you grant them.
Your data
- You own the business data you enter. We store and process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- You're responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of any data you import, including third-party exports such as marketplace order or settlement files.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the service to store or process data you don't have the right to hold.
- Don't attempt to access another organization's data, probe the service for vulnerabilities without authorization, or disrupt the service for other users.
Plans and billing
- The Starter plan is free. Paid plans, when billed, are charged in advance for the period selected.
- You can change or cancel your plan at any time; your organization's data remains yours and accessible according to your current plan's limits.
No financial or tax advice
- This product is bookkeeping software, not a substitute for a qualified accountant or tax advisor. We don't verify that your chart of accounts or postings comply with any specific jurisdiction's tax law.
Service availability
- We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We'll communicate planned maintenance where practical.
Changes to these terms
- If these terms change materially, we'll update the effective date and, where practical, notify account owners directly.
